NIJ level 4 ballistic plate - 30x25 cm - multi curved - SA

This is our most powerful stand-alone (SA) bullet proof plate in NIJ level 4 (IV). The bullet proof plate is designed in Multi Curve, which ensures that it follows the shape of the body for the best possible comfort.

At the same time, the ballistic plate is with shooters cut, so you can move your arms forward without touching the plate. The bullet proof plate comes in the size 30x25cm (12x10 inches) and will fit almost all plate carriers. 

Light weight and extremely strong ballistic ceramic plate

We have chosen to use our strongest ceramic, which is our Silicon Carbide ceramics, which provides a level 4 bullet proof plate with a weight of only 3.15 kilograms (6.9 lbs). 

At the same time, Silicon Carbide Ceramics is an advantage for bullet proof plates that needs to be able to stop both lead core and armor piercing bullets, as the ceramics consist of a lot of small pieces. This also makes this bullet proof plate superior to Steel and 100% PE trauma bullet proof plates, as these do not stop armor piercing bullets. At the same time, SIC ceramics are much stronger vs AL203, where the ceramic pieces are larger and heavier, making SIC ceramics stronger against multiple shots close to each other in the same area,

This gives you a strong and stable bullet proof plate that, in addition to stopping the level 4 test shot from 7.62x63 AP/.30-06 Springfield/M2 AP, also stops multiple shots from 7.62x39 MSC (Ak47), 7.62x51 NATO (test shot level 3 bullet proof plates) and 5.56x45 (M855/SS109). 

The bullet proof plate is made in our new water resistance cover, which is heat sealed to the plate. This cover keeps water, oil and other liquids away from the bullet proof plate without damaging the ballistic properties in the plate.

Additionally, there is a layer of foam all around the bullet proof plate, so the plate is protected against impact and from being dropped.
